Kevin Shelton
Kevin started his career in insurance in 2006. After owning a captive agency for nearly 19 years, he started Diaz Shelton Insurance Group with Sarah Diaz in 2025.
Kevin is a graduate from Arizona State University with a degree in Marketing. He is a nationally recognized agent in both personal and commercial insurance.
Kevin and his wife, Jessica, have lived in Chandler for 20 years and have two boys, Nolan and Harrison. They support public education as Jessica is a long-time elementary school teacher. Kevin’s other interests include golf, Arizona State athletics (go Devils), and binging a great TV show with Jessica.
Sarah Diaz
Sarah is the Director of Agency Operations at Diaz Shelton Insurance Group, a brokerage she proudly launched in 2025 with her business partner, Kevin Shelton. With a strong background in both insurance and mortgage lending, Sarah is passionate about helping people protect what matters most. She works closely with clients to find personalized insurance solutions that fit their lives and their budgets. Her approach is simple: listen first, guide with care, and always keep the client’s best interests at heart.
Before starting Diaz Shelton, Sarah spent over a decade building her career in financial services, including roles at Farmers Insurance, PrimeLending, Bay Equity, and NOVA® Home Loans. These experiences gave her a well-rounded view of the industry and a deep appreciation for service that goes beyond the transaction. Based in Arizona, Sarah is focused on growing a team that values relationships, transparency, and long-term support for every client they serve.
