Vance has been a full-time, licensed agent for over sixteen years and is the founder of Atlas Insurance Brokers, LLC. He serves as the Lead Recruiter for Minnesota and Wisconsin bringing agents into the Independent Agency Channel as Atlas Partner Agents. He also is a on the Board of Directors of the Minnesota Independent Insurance Agents and Brokers Association. Vance is a first generation agent that grew-up on a dairy farm in Southeastern, Minnesota.
Jacob offers all lines of insurance to his clients and has been a licensed agent for over five years. Originally from the Zumbrota, MN area, Jacob moonlights as a color analyst for local high school football and basketball games. He is an avid sports fan and scratch golfer.
Anya processes and approves all agency applicatons. She provides an abundance of insurance experience and knowledge to our agency. Anya joined us from State Farm and is proving to be a valuable member of our team.

Katie has over 8 years of experience in all property and casualty lines, both personal and commercial. She was born and raised in Winona, MN, where she continues to reside with her family. On weekends, her husband and her keep busy with their karaoke/dj business and chasing their son. Katie also enjoys spending time with family and friends, watching the Green Bay Packers and NHRA drag racing circuit and is a life member of the Winona VFW Women's Auxiliary.
Jenney has been a Minnesota licensed agent since 1999. Prior to joining Atlas Insurance Brokers she worked as a customer service agent for over nine years with C.O. Brown Agency, Inc. Jenney and her family live in Preston, MN and she is originally from Phoenix, AZ. She is also involved with Business Network International, Zumbro Valley Chapter in Rochester, MN.Jenney is on the committee for both Boy Scouts and Cub Scouts in the Preston/Fountain area. Glenn has numerous years of experience in accounting. Glenn is an avid Detroit Red Wings fan and enjoys all sports, especially golf. He is married and has two grown sons.

Charlotte has been working in an insurance agency since the early 1980's. She brings valuable insurance experience and consults the agency in several areas. Prior to working in the insurance industry she was a school teacher in St. Charles.

Justin is the agency Crop and Hail Insurance Specialist. He has over five years insurance experience and is also a Ag Risk Management Advisor. Justin and his family live in Hayfield where he is a member of the fire department and school board.
